Will there be TNB and water connections?

What are the connection charges and supply rates?

For TNB, connection charges vary depending on the contractor chosen, the location of the lot, and power requirements. For PAIP water, connection charges are RM4,500.00 (RM2,500 for Meter Installation – non-refundable, and RM2,000 deposit). The supply rate for PAIP is RM1.75 per m3.

How can I apply for TNB and PAIP supply?

PAIP supply applications can be made with us after Vacant Possession (VP). Application forms are available at the Sales Gallery. For TNB supply, applications can be made at: Kedai TNB Bentong, Jalan Sri Jaafar, 28709, Bentong, Pahang.

Will there be guarded access?

Yes, guardhouses are stationed at all entrances. Only vehicles with The Valley stickers are granted access.

Are there any usage restrictions for the land?

Yes, building bird nest houses and crematoriums is not permitted.

What is the monthly maintenance fee?

The monthly maintenance fee is RM200.00 per acre. For instance, if your lot is 1.5 acres, the fee would be RM300.00 per month.

I am not from Malaysia. Can I still buy it?

Yes, you are eligible to make a purchase. The minimum purchase amount is RM1,000,000, and you must obtain consent from the local state government. Associated costs are your responsibility.
